During each PAC meeting, a finance report is reviewed with all attendees. The report discloses all sources of income and expenses to ensure parents are aware on how funds raised are being allocated.
Once a year, during the Annual General Meeting, the PAC Executive will propose a new budget for the following school year. All attendees will have the opportunity to review budget allocations and suggest revisions.
